Online Bill Pay

On-Line Bill Pay can be used to pay your rent, utility bill, loan payments, even your babysitter. Keeping track of payments is easy with the Payment Center. We offer complimentary On-Line Bill Pay at no cost to you for the first 90 days. Thereafter, your account will be charged a bill pay fee of $5.95 per month for 15 bill payments.  If you pay more than 15 bills per month, an excess bill pay fee of $.45 will be charged for each additional bill payment.  Enrollment for this product is required. Sign up today…it’s convenient and will save you time.

Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle.  Charges will be deducted from your designated Billing Account for these bill payment amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you.  Any maintenance fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply.

In the event you wish to cancel the Service, please contact our Internet Banking Department or send us a secure email through the Service.  Any Bill Payment(s) the service has already processed before the requested cancellation date will be completed by the Service.  All Scheduled Bill Payments, including automatic payments, will not be processed once the Service is cancelled.  You will remain responsible for any fees associated with the Service prior to the effective cancellation date.

Check Card (Debit Card)
Get immediate access to your funds, by electronically deducting the specified amount directly from their checking account. This card carries the MasterCard logo and can be used worldwide wherever MasterCard is accepted. It can also be used at any ATM as a fully functional ATM card.

ATM Card
With your Washington State Bank ATM card you have access to your account 24 hours a day. Check your balance, withdraw or transfer funds from any Cirrus/Pulse automated teller machine.

Access 24 (Telephone Banking System)
The Access 24  telephone banking system allows you to obtain account information over the telephone. Our Access 24 can provide you with much of the information that you need without having to come by one of our branches

  • Check account balances
  • Verify last 5 deposits
  • Make transfers between accounts

Overdraft Protection Sweep
Should you inadvertently overdraw your account for any reason, Washington State Bank can automatically transfer the necessary funds into your account from another account held at Washington State Bank.  When your checks are paid, this service will save you the embarrassment and inconvenience of a returned check as well as the fee normally charged to you by merchants for checks returned to them.  Simply come into one of our locations and sign up for our Overdraft Protection Sweep service.  Additional fees do apply.

Direct Deposit & Wire Transfers
Many of our customers have their paycheck automatically deposited or have their loan payment payroll deducted, so they don’t have to wait in line on pay day. And, instead of mailing your kids emergency cash, you can send it by wire transfer.

Money Orders
Using a Money order to make your purchases will provide an accurate record of your purchase and guarantee the funds are available.

Safe Deposit Box
Keep your important documents and other valuables safe. Safe deposit boxes are available to all Washington State Bank checking account holders. We offer several box sizes and we can arrange hassle-free automatic payment directly from your checking account.  Call branches for available sizes.
