• $10.00 monthly maintenance fee
• 15 cents per check/debit fee
• 8 cents per deposit/item fee
• 10 cents per deposit/credit fee
• Credit of $1.00 for each $1000 of average collected balance to be applied to the per item fees.  Monthly maintenance fee will not be affected.
